Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin purée
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 (18.25 ounce) package of Spice cake mix
1 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
In large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs,
sugar and spice. Mix well and pour
into a cake pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top of
pumpkin mixture. Drizzle with
melted butter. Top with nuts.
Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted
near the centre comes out clean.
