German soft Pretzels with mustard dipping sauce
Thai Green Curry with butternut squash and red peppers
Creamy shrimp pasta
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan
salt to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
8 oz cooked fettuccini
3/5 lb cooked shrimp
mix first 5 ingredients. pour over warm pasta. add shrimp and serve immediately.
Feta & roasted red pepper bruschetta sandwich
1 slice focaccia bread, cut in half
1 tbsp mayo
2 tsp basil pesto
2 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and basil pesto. spread onto one half of the bread. spread the other half with sun dried tomato pesto. arrange roasted red peppers on the bottom piece. Cover with feta cheese and fresh basil. Top with other piece of bread.

cilantro
1 tbsp Miracle Whip
cherry tomatoes
lime juice to taste
