Tarragon tomato salsa (Deb)

 

Corn Salsa

 1 purple onion, chopped

2 cans corn (peaches and cream)

1 can black beans

cilantro

1 tbsp Miracle Whip

cherry tomatoes

lime juice to taste

Fresh Salsa

5 tomatoes – chopped (gooey middle removed)

2 slices purple onion – chopped

cilantro

salt

lime juice

chilies – chopped

Mix all together and enjoy!
