Mom's recipe - pizza dough
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 envelope yeast
Let stand for 10 minutes
Then stir in:
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup flour
Beat until smooth and add 1 1/2 flour. Let rise until doubled, about 45 mins. Cook at 400F for 25 mins.
